A man-made sun rose over Bikini Atoll on March 1, 1954. Seen from 50 miles away, the 15-megaton hydrogen blast called Bravo ranks as the largest U.S. test, a thousand times greater than the atom bomb dropped on Hiroshima in 1945. What a horrible thing have it's own beauty.
